The three-day training events, designed specifically for users of Emergency Reporting’s Fire and EMS software, will be held in four major U.S. cities.

The upcoming RTA locations for the remainder of 2018 are:

  • Seattle, WA (May 15 – 17)
  • Charlotte, NC (June 19 – 21)
  • Denver, CO (Aug. 21 – 23)
  • San Antonio, TX (Sept. 11 – 13)
  • Oklahoma City, OK (Oct. 2 – 4)

Tickets are currently available for the Seattle RTACharlotte RTA and Denver RTA, and will be available soon for San Antonio and Oklahoma City. The regular ticket price for all three days is $749, with an early bird discount rate and hotel discount rates available for most locations.

The RTAs are led by ER’s experienced trainers, who are all active or recently retired public safety professionals with over 250 years of combined firefighting and EMS experience. ER’s Training Manager, Mark “Mac” McKleroy, says that customers who have attended previous RTAs have found the experience to be invaluable. “Our software is the easiest-to-use in the industry, by far, but our Regional Training Academies allow users to quickly become even more advanced experts,” McKleroy says. “Customers enjoy the face-to-face interaction. And not only are they learning about ER at a deeper level, they’re taking the information back to their station to share it with their colleagues.”
