Tickets are now available for Emergency Reporting’s customer training events in San Antonio, TX and Oklahoma City, OK. The three-day events are designed specifically for users of Emergency Reporting’s Fire and EMS software.

Bellingham, WA – Emergency Reporting (ER), a leader in cloud-based Fire and EMS records management, is now offering tickets for purchase for their Regional Training Academy (RTA) events in San Antonio, TX and Oklahoma City, OK. The RTAs are three-day comprehensive training events held in major cities across the United States and are designed for ER users who want to get the most out their records management software.

The San Antonio RTA will take place on Sept. 11–13, and the Oklahoma City RTA will take place on Oct. 2–4. The regular ticket price for all three days is $749, with an Early Bird discount of $100 off the ticket price currently available for both locations. Discount rates for nearby hotels are available for a limited time. Visit the Eventbrite pages for more details: https://www.eventbrite.com/o/emergency-reporting-5298359703.

The RTAs are led by ER’s experienced trainers, who are all active or recently retired public safety professionals with over 250 years of combined firefighting and EMS experience. ER’s Training Manager, Mark “Mac” McKleroy, says that customers who have attended previous RTAs have found the experience to be invaluable. “Our software is the easiest-to-use in the industry, by far, but our Regional Training Academies allow users to become even more advanced experts,” he says.

Here’s what a few recent RTA attendees had to say about the experience:

“The information that was covered will definitely benefit not only myself as an administrator, but also my department in regard to reports and data.” – Peter B.

“This class should be required by at least one administrator on the Emergency Reporting system (if not more). Very informative and worth every minute of my time.” – David R.

“The most valuable aspect of this conference was the face-to-face interaction between the trainers and the conference members. I appreciate that Emergency Reporting really seems to care about the customer.” – Ronald B.
